Faye’s work spanned the full development ecosystem: crafting a clear, compelling ‘Season in Review’ impact report, elevating retention among individual donors, engaging with corporate sponsors, internal team report, and ‘raising the vibration’ and designing appreciation touchpoints that deepened loyalty with the community as a whole. Faye supported staff motivation and internal alignment, expanded the audience through targeted outreach, and introduced donor surveys and data analytics to guide strategy and decision‑making with real insight. From event curation and external communications to collaborating with a small-scale local community event gaming-for-charity initiative.
